No need to worry, you posted in the the right spot and your post is far from boring. CDs/DVDs are out of my range of experience but I did a quick search and found this site
Cdcovers.cc / World's Largest CD Covers and DVD Covers Album Art Archive the fact that they have an "upload" link suggests that most if not all of what they have onsite probably isn't original artwork and you have to download each image, but they also have a forum with 200,000+ posts
General Topics - Cdcovers.cc Forums if no one on here can point you in the right direction it might be worth asking on their forum as that is their area of expertise.
