No need to worry about it. There's hundreds of those pages out there and there's not a lot that can be done about them. They're created automatically by bots, as soon as one is shut down, another dozen pop up.
If you want to be barred from a forum, there's many ways you can get that experience without spamming or being offensive e.g. go on an ultra religious forum and wax lyrical about the joys of atheism, keep posting about how tasty rare steak and bacon sarnies are on a vegan's forum, or dare to mention another auction site on eBay's forum
I'm not suggesting you do any of these of course!
