I got this one sorted, but I had to put a lighter category in and not a heavier:
100:1.49,
250:1.98,
500:2.46,
750:2.96,
1000:3.47,
1500:4.98,
2000:5.89,
2500:6.75,
3000:7.75
When I take the weight past 3k it seems to skew the shipping cost.
