The man who deals with this cart is usually very busy, do not auto purchase on site until you contact him because it is Zend Optimized and may not work well under all circumstances and there is also a supercart version which has even more shipping options. I use both on my server but prefer Zen cart.
This is only a shipping details page and it is hosted on a clients site but he won't mind the traffic for viewing the shipping options.
