The prefix names are pretty self explanatory.

intitle:"keyword text" - Lists pages that have the keyword text in their titles.

inanchor:"keyword text" - Lists pages that have the keyword text in their anchor text.

intext:"keyword text" - Lists sites that have the keyword text in the text of the page.
