I was going to say use the right mouse button but you wont have one on a Mac!

Just found this:-

To Copy: Highlight an area, as shown above, then hold 'Apple' + 'C'.
To Paste: Click your mouse where you want the text pasted, and then press 'Apple' + 'S'.
