Can anyone please tell me in plain simple English how I get my lycos shop online.

I am absolutely baffeled with this FTP thing I honestly do not know what to do with it. I have read the instructions that lycos have written in the help pages and I still cannot make head nor tail of it.

Do I have to upload any files?...I thought all the stuff I have done so far was saved somewhere online and just had to be 'activated' or something.

All I keep getting is the lycos dog and the message saying..coming soon...

Thanks in advance for any advice....I'm now off to scream at a wall!
