I have them set to only display on the SERPs as I'm too aware of how simple it is to commit click fraud. It's far too easy for a webmaster to get his friends/members to click the ads to raise a bit of revenue.

Apart from the trouble with the kids clicking them, how did you find they performed compared to those placed on the SERPs?
