Google will eventually find the new version and alter its listings accordingly. If you were able to confirm your site with Google Webmaster Tools you'd be able to delete the affected pages from the SERPs and request that they be spidered again, but as you can't do that with your current hosting, you'll have to wait until the googlebot next spiders those pages.

To give your site a boost for that phrase, try and place some links around the net on established sites using that phrase as the anchor text i.e. Vintage Adverts Google places a lot of weight on the text used in links, so every link that uses it will help you a little.
