Vista Loophole
A new warning that Vista users could be at greater risk from phishing, pharming and other unwanted attacks unless they turn off the Teredo IP tunneling system which Microsoft has made enabled by default in their newest operating system.
While Microsoft has most certainly beefed-up security in Windows Vista, it has also created new vulnerabilities, Teredo IP tunnelling sytem being one of them. The vulnerability warning was issued at the Black Hat 2007 conference by James Hoagland, principal security researcher for Symantec Corp. Vista users beware!
