Norton plus others
We have had PCs and Laptops running Avast & AVG over many years too, but we did get a new PC badly hit with a Trojan thing last year while AVG was on the system, we were not aware that during an update AVG had turned the firewall off and forgot to turn it on again.
The hard-drive and data on it were all lost.
We also found like another person has on here that these free software virus checkers do use lots of the CPU power, plus all the updates seem too often at a bad time when busy working on the PC.
As for any reseller to be told that they are not allowed to sell any other companies software that is quite normal.
We sell health products from our site, and we are not supposed to sell any other types of makers products under our license.
