Default Orders

Hi All,
i got my first sale on the site today!, but i was wondering, how can i change the order number? eg, so that it matches with MYOB?
Also,
How can i change the picture/header in the emails and on the invoices? I've tried following what the zen-cart tutorials say, but it doesnt want to work for me?
Thanks

The header image for system emails is /email/header.jpg all your email templates are located in /email/. It is possible, but unlikely that the template in question is using another image. You can see this by opening the template to see what it is using for the image. What is more likely to be happening is that you are seeing a cached image. If you are using webmail, then simply right click on the image, select properties and check the URL of the image. If you are using Outlook then click reply, this will allow you to right click on the image to select "properties", which will tell you the location of the image. To view the current image, display it in a browser then <shift><refresh>, this will retrieve the latest image from the server.

As for the invoice numbers, I don't know of a way to do that. You may need to use additional reference numbers so you can cross reference them.

I thought of that, but assumed that jtaylor needed to do it on per invoice basis as he's possibly putting sales from other sources through MYOB, which will throw the numbers out every time an external sale is made.

Correct.. all sales would need to be via zencart in order to preserve
invoice number sequences with MYOB..unless there is a mod, which currently have not yet seen, that could help..
