I am using QuickBooks Premier 2006 edition. Is their any
software or any method which connect oSCommerce with Quickbooks ?

Are you by any chance using Store Manager for osCommerce? It's software that helps to manage your online store in a convenient way. It has QuickBooks Integration addon for osCommerce which enables you to export your products, orders etc from your online store to QuickBooks. Hope it helps.
