I've got a paypal account set up and I was going to start to configure the module on zen-cart - but then noticed 3 options, Paypal IPN, Paypal Pro and Paypal express checkout!

Any recommendation of which to use?

I use paypal ipn for blushfashions.
Paypal express is on blushdance at the moment but takes ages toload in, not happy with it.
You need a paypal pro account for the paypal pro option.

I've followed instructions on zencart payment modules for paypal IPN and now it shows as processing.
Do I need to do anything else or is it sorting itself out?

Suggest you get relative/friend to buy test purchase
of around £1.00.. you can always return their money
via paypal's refund option.
