Default Should I go Zen?

Hey everyone,
I have a site (URL removed at request of user) that I am currently using javascript and paypal on. There's a few features I need that I just can't seem to get using that method, like gift certificates, coupon codes that can be tracked, user accounts, etc... So I'm considering switching to Zen.

I'm NOT even close to being a coder and I'm only interested in learning the basics of Zen. So I'd most likely pay somebody to install and configure it for me.

So my questions are:
- can my site look exactly the same as it does now with Zen?
- is it easy enough for me to add/delete products, update content, add coupons, etc. by myself?
- how much will it cost for somebody to install/configure it?
- are there any better options?

Thanks,
Diane

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Do you have webspace suitable for php?
4. Not in my opinion.

Ok, thanks. Is Zen a better option than osCommerce (for me)?

And do you have any recommendations for somebody who can install it for me?
