HI every-one
I have uploaded templates to my site using filezilla I chose templates as the destination folder. However, when I went to the templates folder via zen admin they are nowhere to be seen. Thinking I had not done the upload correctly I went back to filezilla and uploaded again and basically the box came up telling me the files were there do I want to overwrite. So one of my many questions is where on earth are the files and how do I get to them to make them appear in my template folder so that I can choose which one I prefer please. I am driving myself potty. Thanks |

Templates should be uploaded to your zencart install
as follows /includes/templates/nameofnewtemplatefolder/ Every template should have in its own folder following file i.e. template_info.php Without that file, does not matter if you have ftp loaded correctly, new template will not show in admin/tools/template selection |

Thankyou the muddy waters are starting to clear now.
![]() So could I clarify if that I need to go somewhere to make this folder in order to upload to it. I know I did not mention before but the zen cart itself is fully loaded and ready to run on the server. Thanks |

So you have downloaded/purchased template,
and unzipped it? You should now have a folder on your home computer called? |
|
||||
|
You should have a folder, created when you unzipped zip file
containing your template? |
|

OK just to try and make things a bit clearer if I can.
I am using filezilla to upload now there are folders in the server side and the filezilla I am using has 4 box and a large box at the bottom now if I click the folder on the top right hand side it shows the contents in the bottom Right hand side so I am assuming they are uploaded into that folder please correct me if I am wrong. If indeed I am correct which would be a miraicle in itself then why can I not find them when going into zen admin do I need to go into another admin or Mysql or something. |
