OSC doesn't use an actual templating system as such, so there is no universal way of installing a template. There should be a readme file with your template files that tells you what to do with the template files. If you have a problem understanding what the readme file wants you to do, post its contents on here and we'll try to translate it into normal English for you.

I'm no where near Birmingham, so can't help in that regard I'm afraid.

Hi Lawrence

Thanks for that, I am a bit of a dufus when it comes to technical stuff, but want to learn. I think at the end of the day you cant beat a store you have built yourself. Got to be better than tagging on to some one elses's domain (sub domain thing).
Will look for the read me file and try to work it out.

To be honest been struggling with it for over a week now. Might knock on the head and just get a preloaded thing and DNS it instead.
Losing temper with it, mainly due to being dislexic and have problems getting fingers to do what brain says (too many senior moments I think)

Stick with it.. those flash tutorials should be big help..
much better to have installed your own cart, then
rely on pre-installed...you will be in control, not
someone else!!
