Unhappy ecommerce website

Hello,
I have a ecommerce website, and I have problems linking the items and their categories. I have many sub-categories, and When I click on one. I am taken to another category. Ex: I click on shoes sub-category, but I am taken to the toys sub-category.
Any ideas why this is happening?

It depends what software you are using? Probably this is a bug in the software. I don't think you can do anything, except changing your e-commerce software

I am not sure but I think problems in your website coding, so find that coding error and check HTML validation and CSS validation for your site.

Hi...
Asking in this forum may not help.
Seek some professional programmers/coders help, it will be helpful.
