Default Lycos and Paynova

Hello

Can someone help please? I have signed up for Paynova and have been give my details. on Lycos it asks for ICP Account ID, Secretkey and Reference ID. I know which is the Secretkey but the other two on the details from Paynova I have a Merchant ID, Username and Password. Does anyone know what information I need to put in please. I thought I had it correct but I have had someone place and order and it keeps coming up with "Unfortunately your transaction could not be completed. To resolve the problem please contact the shop and state the error message: Erronous input data."

Anyone any ideas?

I haven't used Paynova before so I can't give first hand advice. It looks as if you don't have all the info required to configure it correctly. If no one on here can help, I would suggest contacting Paynova support.

Hi Wendy, I hope you have this sorted, but if the Paynova was included with Lycos could Lycos support help?

I'm sorry to her that you're still having problems with them. To leave you without a working store is wrong and in a fair World you'd be due some recompense.

BTW Do you know that in some languages "nova" means "No go", which seems very apt in this case.
