Default Feedback Wanted...

My site is beginning to take shape, its still work in progress (i find something I fix/do it lol) any comments good or bad would be welcome.

My main concern is that I have quite a few guests put items into their cart put not complete the transaction. I have tested the sign-up process and that seems in order but if there is anything I havent/should do I would love to know.

edited to say - I wonder is providing a contact number is putting people off?

Thank you in advance

1.Try using paypal express..potential purchasers
do not then need to create an account on your site..
paypal does it for you/them and sends info to your zencart.
2. Invest in SSL Certificate..shows that your site
is secure and you are who you say you are..
Cost: from around £25.00 per year
3. Not essential but invest in custom template

Thankyou for the advice.

I did try paypal express but I couldnt get it to work but I will go back and try again.

I do have ssl, it displays at login the 'https' bit and the padlock sign. As for the template I have an idea of what I want I just cant afford it quite yet but I appreciate a good looking site will pull more customers in.

HTML Code:
<a href="https://secure.hosts.co.uk/%7Efraggiesfripperies.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page&amp;id=3&amp;chapter=0&amp;zenid=7da21c52296780a83b9be8c34868c56b" target="_blank">Blogs</a>

If you can't afford a new template, go for just a new logo instead.A new header will make all the difference to your saite, please don't take offence by the way! But first impressions really do count!
as for the dumped baskets that happens to us all!
If your site has been taking ages to load though, as you mentioned in another thread, that could have somethign to do with it also..

No offence taken at all. Im working on a new logo at the mo the more I see it the more it drives me nuts, it was just a temp thing until I found something better. That could explain some of the problems with speed it does seem to struggle to load when the rest of the page has if that makes sense.

oh and I managed to install paypal express without resorting to violence on the oh

Thanks for the feedback
