Re: google
It can takes months for all your pages to be indexed, your site hasn't been online very long so you have to give it some time. Just because a bot visits a page, it doesn't necessary mean that that page will be indexed anytime soon.
However, there are a couple of things you can do to help expedite the situation. You can create a search engine site map to help the bots find their way around then submit it to Google and Yahoo. You can also do some deep linking i.e. instead of always linking to your homepage, sometimes link directly to categories and products, this will not only help with getting the pages indexed it will help with the future page rank of those pages.
I noticed a couple of things on your site that you might want to change. You have "$" displayed instead of "£" for your shopping cart total on your nav bar and you're using the American date format i.e. mm/dd/yyyy instead of dd/mm/yyyy.
The most important tag of all for Google, the Title tag hasn't been changed for the homepage, it is still set to the Zen Cart default. Changing it to something more suitable will help.
Don't expect miracles over night with the search engines, it takes time to rank well but if you keep adding content and working on your inbound links you will get there eventually.
