I am celebrating!
I have just checked one of main keyword phrases, lots of competition for it and I was way down a couple weeks ago and tonight I am no 4 on the first page of Google!!!
 This key phrase will e used quite a bit int eh ru up to xmas too i would imagine also

I have just moved up about 13 pages to page 3 too with another phrase too

I panicked earlier, I googled "eshopforums" to see how many references there were and it had dropped down to 22
 30 minutes later is was up to 1050 which is slightly higher than it was previously so at least it's still heading in the right direction. Hopefully the hiccup in Google's results is an indication that an update is in place and we'll soon have our foot on the first run of the PR ladder.
