I am some what confused here? Did I not just click on a site that does web development etc and you are asking why it is taking ages to load in and about SEO?
If you haven't grasped those two elements yet you have a slight problem.

By the way its all your images that are slowing down the site as they are quite large for images that make up your web template.

You need to sort out your page formatting first, and the keyword stuffing across the top of your page will do nothing for your websites SERPS.
