If you need to check the PHP configuration of your server to see of it's compatible with the software you want to install then create a file named phpinfo.php on your server then insert these lines of code into it.

When you open this page it will tell you the version of PHP used, whether you have Zend or Ioncube optimizers installed or any other mod than may be required such as the GD graphics library.
