Lightbulb php Scripts

The edible graphics team has been known to knock up some pretty weird php scripts in the past, so if you require something not usually included in a cart, post here and we'll do our best to assist you.

Leave details of what you'll need and I'll get back to you with a quote.

PHP is a recursive acronym, PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. It's a geek thing.

Basically it's a programming language for creating HTML pages dynamically. It's what Zen and osCommerce are written in.

So would a custom php script be the same as a template type thing? A nice little graphic, something a bit different, that you add to your site?

No, a template is a collection of images, CSS and HTML

A PHP script is a program. In the case of Zen Cart you'd use it to create something such as a new shipping or payment module.
