Default Find the right keywords.

Since keywords form the most important part of a site's SEO, it's doubly important not to just throw in a few relevant words that describe a product and then do nothing more. To broaden your selection use the Google Keyword Tool at: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

Happy hunting.

The trick here Debs is to find a keyword combination with as high a "Search Volume" figure as poss with quite a low corresponding "Advertiser Competition" figure. If you can find a large difference in the numbers then you are onto a winner.

I just tried "ecommerce forum" and one of the key phrases it displayed was "strictly come dancing internet forum"

I did notice one interesting thing though, the search volume for "ecommerce forum" and "ecommerce forums" are virtually identical but the competition for "ecommerce forums" is far lower, so if I was going to pay for AdWords then I'd choose "...forums" as this is likely to result in more hits.

Page titles are probably the first thing you shoul dlook at, and try to include keywords here. They should still be worded right though and not stuffed with words that don't make a sentence!
