Hi sameeee
I'd never heard of this software before, so I Googled it. This is what I found. http://www.greatshop.com/storebuilder.html Computer System Requirements Windows 95/NT/98 to run the creator program; 3MB space or more; Personal Web Server or Internet Information Server to test run the store from your computer. Website Requirements Windows NT Server hosting site with Access database and ASP enabled; 3MB web space or more. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you've bought a bit of a turkey. This software is from 1998 (website registered in 98), so is prehistoric in eCommerce terms. Note that the system requirements doesn't even mention Win2K or ME, let alone WinXP/Vista. There's a chance that it won't even be compatible with XP/Vista or any of the current Windows servers. Even if it can be made to work on a modern PC and Windows server, I suggest you forget the idea and look for another solution. If you bought it recently, then I would recommend trying to get a refund. Sorry if this isn't what you were hoping to hear.
