Default Very imnportant for ex store clothes

I have noticed this on quite a few sites now and don't think they realise they could get into trouble. When selling ex store products you have to detag them, and you are not allowed to actually state where they are from!!
I made the same mistakes iat first but quickly fixed them. If marks and spensers etc caught you they could do something about it!You can mention form a major high street store buyt you shouldn't mention which. they must be detagged so customers don't try to take them back for a refund!

I always thought that they cut the labels like they do with seconds?

Can you mention that it comes from the same store that Twiggy shops at?

No , some suppliers send them out fully tagged etc, usually hte smaller ones.even if they are cut a lot of suppliers tell you where they are from anyway and even if they don't you can tell even when labels have been cut.you just aren't supposed to use the store to sell them ie I seen tonight some 'marks and spensers mermaid pyjamas' obviously not from the marks and spensers website tut tut tut very naughty
