Thanks for the compliments and the welcome Lawrence.
I read one the other day that said if better ask before you bid if you do not understand my instructions and terms otherwise you will not receive a refund and may get negative feedback if you return negative feedback to me for something you did not bother to find out. Some of these product selling pages are just horrible! Alana </pre>

What a lot of the sellers don't seem to realise is that when it comes to feedback, the buyers hold all the cards. If you are just a buyer or you're using a separate account from your business account for personal purchases, then the odd neg F/B isn't going to make any difference to you at all as you'll still be able to buy what you want at the same price you would have done if you still had a 100% record, whereas, if you're a seller with a blemished record, you could lose a potential BIN sale due to a neg or not receive the same price on an auction listing as you would have done with a perfect score due to some potential bidders being discouraged by your neg(s). Unless it's seriously bad, negative feedback only affects a selling account, not a buying account. I'm sure there's probably people out there who will neg sellers who use threatening TOS just out of spite. The only thing these sellers achieve with their bad attitudes, is to shoot themselves in the foot with their nonsense.
