Well what did you make of that then? I hardly think knocking 2.5% off vat will have us all rushing out to spend do you?

Biggest worry is how much he is borrowing..
has to be paid back eventually...

I can't see us getting the saving and even if we do it will be so insignificant for the average joe bloggs it will hardly make us all rush out to spend will it!
Interest rates onborrowing need to be slashed for those who already owe ie on credit cards, store cards ,mortgages and loans etc.A 12 month freexe should do it?
I mean the taxpayer has bailed the banks out its the least they could do

That bit was excellent news. I've had three emails already today asking me to edit their sites to reflect the changes, no doubt more will soon follow. Then in another year, they will need me to change it back to 17.5% for them.
