Be very careful on buying these from auction sites. My friends brother bought one on ebay, and surprise surprise he has lost his money!
So be careful, I know there are genuine sellers out there but it is the minority who spoil it and when it is somethign like this when they know parents are desperate to get one for xmas for their kids I think it is disgusting they are taking advantage and ripping people off.

How did he pay for it - can he do a charge-back? Has he opened a dispute?

My friend wasn't sure.I only know as I mentioned I had a spare one, as you do
and she told me waht happened so i sold it to him, for what O paid for it I might add!
I am droppingit off tomorrow so will ask her.He should get his money back eventually, but it may take a while and its still not the point.
